TERMS & CONDITIONS

Looking Glass Tours acts as an organiser and operator of sightseeing tours and events.  The following terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between clients and the company.

§ 1 Offer details
The contents of tours and events will be as described
on the company website or in files clients receive via e-mail. Tour routes and contents vary depending on prior agreements and current circumstances such as construction work, weather conditions, public events, etc.

§ 2 Payment arrangements
The client shall receive an invoice, which acts as a booking confirmation, prior to the tour or event. The client shall pay the agreed fee in advance by bank transfer or in cash at the start of the tour or the event.

§ 3 Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations of private tours or events must be made at least 7 days before
the event for a full refund. For cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the event date, 25% of the agreed fee will be retained by Looking Glass Tours. For cancellations made between 3 days and 24 hours before the event date, 25% of the agreed fee will be retained by Looking Glass Tours. No refund is possible for tours or events cancelled within 24 hours before start of the event or tour. Alternative agreements are possible for bespoke events or tours.

§ 4 Liability
Tour and event participants are responsible fo their personal property. Common sense rules apply, especially in connection with road traffic, cordoned off areas, etc. Looking Glass Tours is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence. Cautious planning and implementation will be duly undertaken by Looking Glass Tours.

§ 5 Exclusion of participants
Looking Glass Tours and its representatives reserve the right to refuse or exclude participants at any point in the tour or event in case of willful and/or repeated disturbance of the implementation.

§ 6 Severability
In case of invalidation of any part of the provision of these General Terms and Conditions, the overall validity of these General Terms and Conditions remains affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision, according to the terms of this agreement.
